Lettings Success at 65 Curzon Street, W1 – only 3rd floor of 5,743 sq ft remains at nil rent

Having been asked to help secure short term lettings following its purchase at the end of last year as a future redevelopment site, some 15,000 sq ft has now been let to a variety of tenants including Clayton Dubilier & Rice, Peregrine & Black, MBU Capital and Church’s Shoes.
The only office space remaining is on the 3rd floor where some 5,743 sq ft remains available at NIL RENT on a term to expire end September 2018.
Hanover Green act jointly in leasing the building.
