A private client of Hanover Green has sold the freehold investment of 67a/68 St James’s Street and 46 St James’s Place, London SW1 for £8 million.
The ground and basement floors of the 6,900 sq ft building are let to William Evans until 2026 while the upper floors are vacant and have planning permission for residential use.
