Berkshire makes speedy return in Brentford
Berkshire Investment Capital has sold on The Corner Building, a 17,500 sq ft office in Brentford, to an owner occupier for a significant premium just two months after buying it.
The offices are situated on a prominent corner site at the junction of Boston Manor Road and Great West Road in Brentford.
Berkshire Investment Capital, advised by Hanover Green, bought the building in June for circa £2.5m and began works on a refurbishment after rebranding the building at 21-23 Boston Manor Road as The Corner Building.
It is understood that Berkshire has now sold on the building for closer to £5m to gaming group Novamatic for its own occupation
