Record rent achieved at review in Guildford….

Acting on behalf of Columbia Threadneedle Investments, the March 2015 rent review on Wey House Guildford has been settled at a net effective rent of £1,233,650 pa. This reflects a headline rent of £27.50 psf on best space. The entire office building comprising 45,382 sq ft, is let to Stevens & Bolton LLP.
