A Good Year Ahead For Hanover Green

The headline figures are impressive. The South East Office Agency Team was responsible for more than 730,000 sq ft of office transactions in 2012, including 614,000 sq ft of lettings and 42,000 sq ft of freehold purchases. These covered a wide region from the west London suburbs out to the Thames Valley in the west, as well as other major towns including Croydon, Milton Keynes and Leatherhead.

For example, we concluded deals measuring 226,000 sq ft in Hammersmith in west London, which included two pre-lets; the 46,000 sq ft letting to electronics company NEC in South Ruislip; and the 22,000 sq ft letting to insurance company Aon in St Albans.
