    Over ten years’ experience of advising landlords and retail occupiers. Specialising in development and leasing of leasing major London estates as well as advising international retailers on their expansion into the UK market.

    Started at Colliers in 2009 in Birmingham before moving to central London retail team in 2012. Moved to Shackleton in 2013 and joined Hanover Green in July 2019.

    Development / Leasing - Carnaby Village and Soho, W1
    Retained by Shaftesbury on the transformation of Carnaby into a World famous fashion forward shopping destination through a carefully selected tenant strategy.

    Development / Leasing - Berners Street, W1
    Advising Derwent London on the development of ground floor and basement of The Copyright Building, securing lettings to Flesh+Buns, Frame and Hershesons.

    Leasing – South Molton Street, W1
    Retained by The Grosvenor Estate, advising on their holdings on one of central London’s only pedestrianised shopping street providing tenant mix advice, and introducing new pop up and long term lettings to brands including Hill+Friends, Desmond&Dempsey, and Sézane.

    Development / Leasing - Embassy Gardens, SW11, London City Island, E14 and Wardian, E14
    Retained by Ballymore to advise on letting of commercial units within three new mixed use developments.

    Development / Leasing - Camden, NW1
    Retained by Labtech to provide development and leasing advice, including re-positioning of the Market Building and Stables markets, and improving quality of tenants. Lettings include Rayban, Gandy’s, Cath Kidston, and Happy Socks.

    Development / Leasing – Seven Dials, WC2.
    Retained by Shaftesbury to provide agency services. Notable lettings included Niod, Nixon, Finisterre, Ace and Tate, Another Space, Element and Skinny Dip.

    Acquisition – 19 Fouberts Place, W1
    Acting on behalf of Pro Direct to Acquire first London store.

    Acquisition – 54 Frith Street, W1
    Acting on behalf of Scott Hallsworth to acquire London restaurant for Freak Scene concept.
