    Over 7 years’ experience advising landlords and occupiers across the UK retail and leisure leasing and investment market. Broad background working on assets from development, shopping centre repurposing, mixed use, and major London estates.

  • Career History

    Started at Savills and qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2016 before joining Levy Real Estate to do retail agency, investment and development. Moved to Hammerson Plc in 2021 as leasing manager for the Oracle in Reading to create and deliver a new strategy encompassing residential development. Joined the team at Hanover Green Retail in June 2022 to work on the prime Central London estates.

    Development / Leasing - Central London
    Retained by Astrea Asset Management across their London holdings. This includes The Berkeley Square Estate, Bond Street, Sloane Street, Oxford Street and Brompton Road.

    Development / Leasing - Carnaby Village, Soho, Seven Dials & Fitzrovia, W1
    Retained by Shaftesbury PLC, London’s largest owner of shops, restaurants, and leisure property. Advising across their various ‘Villages’ being responsible for the transformation of areas such as Carnaby into a world-famous fashion forward shopping destination through a carefully selected tenant mix strategy.

    Leasing Manager - Oracle Shopping Centre, Reading
    Delivered a new retail and leisure strategy for the Oracle in Reading to bring the centre in line with new trends, stabilise income and embed a placemaking initiative. Negotiated deals with key portfolio occupiers including H&M and Apple and advised on the residential development strategy.

    Lease Acquisition - Kensington Roof Gardens, W8
    Secured the new lease of the iconic Kensington Roof Gardens at a rent of £1m per annum for a private client’s luxury members club. The property had not been marketed for over 40 years.

    Leasing - Soho, W1
    Retained by a private client to pre-let their Golden Square development in Soho to international flagship occupiers; Ganni and Folie, before selling the investment to Shaftesbury plc.
