12,800 sq ft let by CEG on Crossways Business Park, Dartford

Commercial Estates Group ( CEG ) on behalf of landlord Anglo Scandinavian Estates 5, has let the top floor of the 38,784 sq ft Radius office building on Crossways Business Park in Dartford, Kent to Steinhoff UK.
Steinhoff, whose retail brands in the UK include Bensons for Beds, Harveys and Cargo , has taken a five-year lease on the second floor comprising 12,812 sq ft at a rent of £24 per sq ft. CEG is now completing the refurbishment of the ground and first floors.
