45,000 sq ft PD scheme completed in Highbury Crescent

Following the exercise of a break on the lease to the London Borough of Islington on 4 – 6 Highbury Crescent, close to Highbury & Islington Station, Hanover Green as value add consultants advised on a PD scheme bringing together a professional team and securing permitted development consent to convert the offices creating 42 new flats at the property with the provision of on site parking at basement level.
The scheme has now been finished with the private client, Folgate Estates retaining the flats as a long term rental estate.
Hanover Green are retained by Folgate Estates as business plan consultants and agents on various projects.
