69 Park Lane Letting Secured for CEG
On behalf of the landlord CEG, Hanover Green have completed the letting of the 2nd floor at 69 Park Lane, Croydon to open-source intelligence agency Janes. The space comprises 9,943 sq ft of comprehensively refurbished office space and the floor was let on a 10-year lease.
The 70,000 sq ft office building recently underwent a £10m refurbishment, adding new glazing, air conditioning and amenities.
