Arden University Acquires 15,000 Sq Ft of Ealing Offices

Hanover Green have completed the letting of five floors, totalling 15,000 sq ft, to Arden University at Santon House, Ealing in West London.

Arden University offer students access to Degrees, Master’s Degrees and MBA programmes via online distance learning and blended learning (a mixture of face to face and online) and has relocated from International House, Ealing.

The property is now fully let with Arden University occupying the ground and upper floors whilst the lower ground floor is occupied by The Santon Group and Hoya Vision Care.

Bim Sandhu from The Santon Group said in a statement: ‘In the current extremely difficult letting market for offices Harry Pruden and Richard Zoers at Hanover Green, together with our managing agent Richard Wood, worked extremely hard to procure an excellent long term tenant for the building and to retain their presence in Ealing. We look forward to welcoming Arden’s students to a refurbished Santon House’.
