Berkshire House sold paving way for £200m redevelopment

We’re proud to have supported our client abrdn in lining up a fantastic deal to sell Berkshire House in High Holborn to developers Clivedale London and Jesta Properties, paving the way for a new potential £200m scheme.

The 56,000 sq ft office block at 169-173 High Holborn, which is arranged over 11 upper floor and basement and is fully multi-let for two years, is being sold in a deal for around £50m.

Simon Beckett and Simon Hall advised abrdn on the deal, alongside joint agents Alastair Perks and Henry Fellows at CBRE.
