CapCo Expands Covent Garden Ownership In Floral Street

Acting for Capital & Counties, Hanover Green has acquired 13-16 Floral Street in Covent Garden from the BBC Pension Fund for £14 million.

The two adjoining properties provide some 16,000 sq ft of multi let offices with two retail units beneath. Tenants include United Nude, Nigel Hall, Milestone Capital and Munroe K.
