CBRE GI bags double Blackfriars letting

CBRE Global Investors, represented by Hanover Green, has let 14,500 sq ft of office space at 230 Blackfriars Road, SE1.
Instant Offices and Core 5 have each signed up for 7,250 sq ft at rents of £47.50 per sq ft. The leases expire in 2020.

This follows the previous letting of 35,000 sq ft in the building to Instant Offices and TfL.
