CLS Holdings sells St Cloud Gate in Maidenhead to private investor

Marking another great investment deal for our clients, this time on behalf of CLS Holdings plc, we’ve sold St Cloud Gate in Maidenhead to a private investor.
The asset was sold with planning permission for the development of a 55,000 sq ft new office scheme. With Maidenhead regarded as a key southeast commercial centre offering fantastic transport connections via the new Elizabeth Line and the M4, a new prime office scheme on this site – should it proceed – is likely to prove popular within the corporate occupier market.
