Costar Research Highlights Hanover Green Market Position

The latest statistics from Costar Group has underlined Hanover Green’s position as one of the leading commercial property agents in the Western Corridor. According to the research, which covers the 12-month period ending December 2011, Hanover Green handled over 470,000 sq ft of office lettings and sales in the region placing them third in the category ‘Agents by Disposals’. The same position was achieved in the West London sub-region where almost 220,000 sq ft was transacted, while in the ‘Agenst by Availability’ category the firm came fourth with 300,000 sq ft of office space on its books. The 11-strong firm was set up two and a half years ago and is headquartered in the West End. The Western Corridor team is headed by partners David Cuthbert and Kevin Hawthorn. Ends
