Countryside Office Treble in Chatham

Countryside have concluded three deals across three different buildings at their office scheme Quayside, Chatham Maritime, Kent.

In one of the largest transactions in the area for a number of years, OneSavings Bank plc, have purchased Queen Charlotte House, a 14,427 sq ft office building for a price in the region of £1.8 million.

In addition, Redrow Homes have taken a new lease on 11,073 sq ft in Prince Regent House until March 2019.

Transport wi-fi pioneers, Icomera, who design and manufacture award-winning technology solutions that deliver broadband services to buses, trains, trams and ferries, have leased 5,091 sq ft in three suites in Victory House at £16.50 psf

Only one building at Quayside, Chatham Maritime remains available to let / as a virtual Freehold HQ. Royal Sovereign House, one of the largest self-contained office buildings currently on the market in Kent, comprising 29,064 sq ft with the benefit of 153 car parking spaces (1:186 sq ft) is on offer at £16.50 per sq ft / virtual Freehold POA.
