Threadneedle has secured two further lettings at Lyric House, 149 Hammersmith Road.
The 3,767 sq ft office space on the third floor has been let to marketing company BEcause at a rent of £28.50 per sq ft on a five year lease term. Also, CF Partners, a specialised environmental advisory and investment firm, has taken the 3,412 sq ft fourth floor office on similar terms.
The letting agents are Jones Lang LaSalle , DTZ and Hanover Green.
