Guy Milne is appointed equity principal

We’re really excited to announce Guy Milne’s promotion to equity principal, which will see him now jointly lead our central London agency department with fellow principal Nick Raven.

Having joined the Hanover Green team in autumn 2018, Guy has played an important role in developing and managing a number of significant landlord and occupier client instructions, including Grosvenor and The Howard de Walden Estate.

With more than 20 years’ experience in the central London agency market, he has recently been at the forefront of some of the market’s key deals, including the leasing of 33,000 sq ft for WPP at Alphabeta, Finsbury Square EC2, and acquiring Steer Group’s new headquarters at Southworks, Rushworth Street SE1, the world’s “Smartest Building.”
