Hanover Green Achieves Clerkenwell Office Letting

A private landlord client of Hanover Green has agreed a new letting in a prominent Clerkenwell office building.

Hanover Green advised on the letting of the first and second floors at 50 Great Sutton Street, totalling 7,960 sq ft, to Solarcentury. The tenant has signed a ten-year lease paying rent of £37.50 per sq ft, and the deal also includes a six-month rent-free period.
