Hanover Green acquire 5th floor at Harlequin Building, Southwark

On behalf of Paragon Building Consultants, Hanover Green secured an assignment of the lease on the 5th floor, Harlequin Building, 65 Southwark Street for a term to expire on 6th October 2028, subject to a tenant’s break option in October 2023. An earlier break in April 2021 was deleted.
The floor area is 6,666 sq ft on the 5th floor and 731 sq ft on the basement and the passing rent of £391,680 per annum which equates to £58.75psf. A reverse premium of £300,000 was agreed, plus an additional 2 months rent free for deleting the break option in 2021.
