Legal & General sold the virtual freehold interest on the 31,850 sq ft office building for £30m.

The property is let in its entirety to The Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government for a further 5.5 years at a current rent of £1,245,000 pa with a fixed increase at the
March 2020 review to £1,280,000 pa.
