Hanover Green appointed to dispose of St George Developments’ Battersea Reach

Hanover Green and Marchmont are instructed by St George Developments Ltd to dispose of the remaining commercial accommodation within their prestigious mixed-use scheme on the river.
The development comprises 1,200 residential units with over 97% sold. The scheme also has over 100,000 sq ft of commercial accommodation. With 70% of the commercial accommodation now sold or let the site has a mix of suites from 1,000 sq ft upwards which are available to rent or purchase.
