International eyewear brand Rodenstock has set its sights on the Radius building – which is part of the Crossways Business Park in Dartford, Kent – for the relocation of its UK head office!

Hanover Green LLP, alongside joint agents at BrayFoxSmith, advised the landlord CEG: on the deal, which will see Rodenstock occupy 8,450 sq ft on the second floor of the recently refurbished, Grade A office building.

Rodenstock has agreed a 10-year lease, with a break option after 5 years, and will pay a rent of £25.50/sq ft after a market rent-free period.
