On behalf of clients of Hermes Investment Management, 32,000 sq ft of office lettings have been completed at 26-28 Hammersmith Grove, London W6.
In five separate transactions, Process Systems has taken 20,000 sq ft on the 6th floor, UBC has agreed 7,200 sq ft on part of the 5th, K&G Recruitment 1,800 sq ft on the first floor with DeVere (2,316 sq ft) and Softline (1,400 sq ft) both taking offices on the second floor.
The reception area at 26-28 Hammersmith Grove has undergone a comprehensive refurbishment to create a new break out, meeting and seating area, along with a new café at the front of the building.
