Hanover Green Finds New Milton Keynes Offices For Inchcape

Inchcape Services, advised by Hanover Green, has signed up for new offices in Milton Keynes.

The Car Retailer Group company has taken 7,146 sq ft in part of the third floor in CBXII, a multi-let office building in Midsummer Boulevard, Milton Keynes. It has signed a new 10-year lease with a five year break.

Richard Zoers of Hanover Green comments: “We carried out a thorough search of potential offices around Milton Keynes before making a final selection. The new offices will enable Inchcape to combine a number of offices together in a high quality office environment.”
