Hanover Green Instructed To Market Haymarket House Offices

Hanover Green has been instructed by Land Securities to market newly refurbished offices in Haymarket House, Haymarket, London SW1.
The first floor space comprises 8,356 square feet of refurbished grade A offices. It includes a new four pipe, fan coil, air-conditioning system; LG7 compatible lighting; a new metal tile raised floor; and excellent floor to ceiling height, ranging from 2.65m to 3.33m. Bike racks and storage are also available.
A new lease is available with a quoting rent of £47.50 per square foot.
