Hanover Green are glad to announce the sale of the mixed-use office and retail Vista building, at 40-41 Peascod Street & 2-4 William Street in the centre of Windsor.
Sold to French investor MNK Partners, for their MNK One fund, Hanover Green secured the £5.8m asking price, reflecting a 7.48% net initial yield, on behalf of our private investor client.
The prominent 13,290 sq ft block is let to six tenants with a weighted average unexpired lease term of 5 years, with no tenant break options.
