Hanover Green advised CBREGi on recent letting to Zinc Network (Breakthrough Media Ltd) on the 3rd floor at 230 Blackfriars Road extending to 7,325 sq ft.
The lease was completed March in the midst of Covid-19 lockdown and is for a term to 12th January 2025 with a break option at 25th March 2023.
