Hanover Green appeared in an unlikely section of the press this week – the back pages of the Sun newspaper- on account of England football captain John Terry’s controversial property dealings.
Hanover Green is advising on office lettings in Galliard Homes’ Printworks development in Stockwell, south London. The Chelsea and England star made down payments for three flats in the mixed used scheme but allegedly missed subsequent follow up payments which led to him being sued by the developer for £1.74 million.
The Sun picked up the story and featured a wide shot of the Printworks, complete with Hanover Green’s advertisement banners.
Chelsea fan Kevin Hawthorn of Hanover Green is hoping to bump into Terry on the site.
