The properties comprise 3 Lower James Street, 1-2 Lower James Street & 62 Brewer Street, 56 Brewer Street and Bridle House, 35-36 Bridle Lane & 54 Brewer Street.
The properties are multi let and currently produce an income of £444,945 pa. The properties were sold for a combined price of £7 million representing a 6.0% net initial yield and a capital value of £556 psf on the net area of 13,306 sq ft.
Tenants included Cafe Nero, William Hill, Flight Centre and Iron Maiden’s management company.
