Hanover Green wins Industrial Property Award

As one of the country’s leading business space agents, Hanover Green has won many accolades and last week the company added another trophy to its cabinet – a top prize at the Industrial Agents’ Society awards.

The firm’s acquisition of 29 Deer Park Road in Wimbledon won Deal of The Year (under 75,000 sq ft) at the glittering event at the London Marriott Hotel.

David Cuthbert who handled the deal on behalf of client The Trinitarian Bible Society said: “The judges weighed up the entries in terms of the quality of the deal and in particular they were looking for a transaction that was challenging and rewarding for all parties. They were impressed by the foresight and vision, which was required to put this transaction together and the collaboration of the developer and the purchaser.”
