Horizon, Hurley fully let

Commercial Estates Group (CEG), advised by Hanover Green, has completed two lettings totalling over 42,000 sq ft to pharmaceutical companies at Horizon, Hurley, near Maidenhead which means the property is now fully let.

Leo Pharma has relocated from Princes Risborough and taken 16,165 sq ft on part of the second floor and Hospira, who is relocating from Leamington Spa, has signed on the entire first floor totalling 26,165 sq ft. The rent is £22.50 per sq ft.

The entire 82,000 sq ft at horizon is now fully let within two and a half year  of being purchased and re-launched to the market by CEG.
