Jacques Vert tries on Shoreditch offices for size

British fashion house Jacques Vert has moved its headquarters from Islington to Shoreditch, EC2.

The fashion house and womenswear concession retailer has signed for 13,000 sqft across the ground, first and second floor of 32-38 Scrutton Street, an Estate Office development. They are paying a headline rent of £55 psf on best.
