Following the retention of Guys and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust on 4,300 sq ft part ground floor space on a lease renewal for a term to 2022, Hanover Green has successfully fully let the remainder of office space at Larcom House, 9 Larcom Street, SE1.

The 1,620 sq ft part upper ground floor was let to Prospect Services for a term until December 2019 at an annual rent equating to £26.00 per sq ft and 1,098 sq ft was let on the part first floor to Metro Homecare at £27.50 per sq ft.
