Leeds Retail Park Sold for Riverside Capital

On behalf of Riverside Capital, Hanover Green are delighted to have sold the Mabgate Junction Retail Park, Leeds for £10.25m to private clients of MMX Retail. The property was let to Aldi UK, Pure Gym and One Below Retail Ltd for a WAULT of 11.5 years with 80% of the income subject to RPI rent reviews.
