Man City sponsor scores W6 office

Manchester City Football Club’s main sponsor has agreed a new lease at its Hammersmith office, W6.

Etihad Airways has signed a new 10-year lease for 5,500 sq ft at Ropemaker Properties’ 200 Hammersmith Road, W6. It is paying around £47.50 per sq ft.

Hanover Green advised the landlord.
