M&G Real Estate secures new deal with Dahua at Quantum, Maidenhead

M&G Real Estate, one of the UK’s largest property investors, has signed a new letting with the world’s largest independently run video surveillance solution provider, Dahua Technology, at Quantum in Vanwall Business Park, Maidenhead.

The new letting will see the technology company take 4,973 sq ft on a five-year lease, relocating from serviced offices in Maidenhead town centre.

Appetite for offices in key Crossrail locations around London has increased significantly over recent months. M&G Real Estate has taken advantage of this fact by investing in the development of a new purpose built café opening in January 2018 at the site. This new amenity will add to Quantum’s attractive and creative working environment, further establishing Vanwall as Maidenhead’s premier business park.

Quantum is situated in a prominent position within Vanwall Business Park, just 15 minutes’ walk from the future Crossrail station which will provide direct trains to central London (Bond Street) in just 41 minutes. The building is made up of two Grade A office buildings, which total 120,000 sq ft and there is currently 26,171 sq ft of newly refurbished space remaining in building 1, which boasts stunning communal and private roof terraces.
