New Bexlane Lure Louboutin To EC1 Offices

New Bexlane Ltd, advised by Hanover Green, has secured Christian Louboutin as a tenant at its offices in Ironmonger Row, London EC1.

The high fashion retailer has taken ground and lower ground floor space in units 60,64 and 72 Ironmonger Row, comprising 7,800 sq ft, and will pay a rent of £187,500 pa on a new 10-year lease, with a break option at the fifth year.
