Ocubis bags Scott Dunn in Putney

Ocubis has signed travel group Scott Dunn for 10,000 sq ft of offices at its Riverbank House office refurbishment in Fulham Green, west London.
Market sources this week said Scott Dunn was taking the space on the ground and first floor of the building which will be ready for occupation in the summer.
It is understood to be paying around £37.50 per sq ft on a 10-year lease.
Around 15,000 sq ft is available on the second, third and fourth floor of the building close to Putney Bridge station.
The circa 115,000 sq ft Fulham Green office campus comprises four refurbished office buildings that are almost fully let.
