Hanover Green are pleased to confirm the sale of Castle Hill House in Maidenhead, on behalf of abrdn, to Yelverton Properties for in excess of £3.3m. The 11,702 sq ft prominent town centre building is let until April 2023 to Hanson Quarry Products Europe Limited.
