PRUPIM agrees major office letting in Weybridge

Leading real estate fund manager PRUPIM has agreed a major letting at its 35,500 sq ft Benchmark House office building in Weybridge.

Capita Secure Information Systems, a division of professional services firm Capita, has agreed a 17,723 sq ft letting of the entire first floor of the building at 203 Brooklands Road, which is now fully let. The company has signed a ten-year lease, with a break at year five, and is paying £18.50 per sq ft rent.

Benchmark House is situated less than two miles from the centre of Weybridge and in the vicinity of Brooklands Retail Park, which includes branches of Marks & Spencer and Tesco. It is also close to Heathrow and Gatwick airports, and train services to London.
