Rockspring achieves Verulam Point, St Albans office letting

Verulam Point has undergone a comprehensive refurbishment including a new entrance, which was completed in September 2010 and the first floor totalling 14,245 sq ft remains available.

In addition to its own administrative staff, Luxottica intends to relocate Sunglass Hut, David Clulow and Oakley into the building. It will retain its headquarters in Hammersmith.

James Rodge asset manager of Rockspring said: “We are delighted to have attracted a tenant of this quality to the building. It reinforces our view that Verulam Point provides the best quality office accommodation currently available within St Albans”.

Hanover Green and Peter Lewis Associates acted for Rockspring while Crossland Otter Hunt represented Luxottica.
