Rockspring Regear Reed in Richmond

Acting on behalf of Rockspring, Hanover Green have regeared the lease on Gateway House, 28 The Quadrant, Richmond, TW9 with tenants Reed Exhibitions – the worlds leading events organiser.
As part of taking a new reversionary lease to June 2023, the additional part vacant 4th floor was let to Reed so that they now occupy the entire 44,000 sq ft building. Initial negotiations focused on the outstanding rent review but added value initiatives were followed satisfying both landlord and tenant objectives. The rent agreed on the new lease was just under £30 psf with a 10 month rent free period. The new letting on the 4th floor reflected a rent of £35 psf and a rent free of 18 months.
