Rockspring signs up for Veralum Point, St Albans

Rockspring Property Investment Management has let 7,600 sq ft at its Verulam Point office building in Station Way, St Albans to RL Polk Ltd, the automotive data and marketing solutions company.

The tenant has signed a new 10-year lease, with a five-year break, at a rent of £21.50 per sq ft for the first floor space.

Verulam Point underwent a comprehensive refurbishment including a new entrance, which was completed last Autumn and only 6,500 sq ft remains available.

RL Polk joins an impressive list of other occupiers in the building which includes Luxottica the owner of Sunglass Hut, David Clulow and Oakley.
