Hanover Green advised RDI REIT PLC on the sale of 127 Charing Cross Road, WC2. The freehold was purchased for £59.25m by Nomura Real Estate Development Ltd, advised by Lothbury Investment Management.

The c.40,000 sq ft property has consent to extend to around 60,000 sq ft with retail and leisure uses on the ground and lower ground levels and 6 floors of high specification offices above.

The freehold site occupies a prime location close to Tottenham Court Road underground station.
