Sale of Marylebone Mews Building Completed

Hanover Green have sold 30/31 Plympton Street, NW8 on behalf of private investors who had family ownership of the property for 75 years. The property comprised a small mews block with a central courtyard, positioned off the very popular Church Street/Lisson Grove area just north of Marylebone Station. The property comprised offices converted from workshops, previously occupied for 25 years by the same tenant but now offered with vacant possession. We received multiple offers and eventually sold the property to a London-based family business for their own occupation for £4.1m, compared to the quoting price of £3.5m.
