Series of lettings at Coda Studios complete for new owner Patrizia

Following Hanover Green advising Columbia Threadneedle on the sale of Coda Studios in Fulham, SW6, for around £39m, the agency mandate was retained.
Coda Studios provides almost 65,000 sq ft of gated, secure office accommodation across 56 self-contained private suites, ranging in size from 300 sq ft to 3,000 sq ft.
A new threshold of rents of up to £55 per sq ft has been secured on recent lettings totalling circa 6,700 sq ft have completed to Pots & Co, Dam 3 Ltd, Approche Sur Mesure UK Ltd and Bayswood Ltd.
