Tristan gets go-ahead for 100,000 sq ft refurb

Tristan Capital Partners has received planning consent to comprehensively refurbish 100,000 sq ft of office space in the northern M25 market.
The fund manager, with asset manager Alchemy, will set about a programme of refurbishment on two buildings at Westside, Apsley, Hemel Hempstead.
It will include a new entrance and canopy, an on site café, showers and garden space amenity area. Completion is due in autumn this year.

Hanover Green are joint letting agents on the scheme.
