West End office letting for Christian Dior

Parfums Christian Dior, the world famous house of fragrance, is to set up it’s UK headquarters offices just east of Oxford Circus in London’s West End. The retailer has taken the sixth floor at Roche Properties’ UK House, 2-4 Great Titchfield Street, a building familiar to most agents as it is the home of Lambert Smith Hampton. Dior will pay a rent of £40 per sq ft and has signed a new 15 year lease with a break at year 10. It hopes to move in by Easter. With brands such as Aqua di Parma, Givenchy,Fendi and Guerlain also sharing the offices, we will wait see if those LSH agents smell any sweeter.
